Entrar - School Management Software
At Delhi Public School Bangalore North, we are continuously exploring innovative ideas and latest technologies to enhance educational outcomes. We also recognize that parental engagement can positively influence pupil’s learning and progress.
Entrar is a School Information Management Software (ERP) with a philosophy of co-creation. It opens communication channels between schools, teachers and parents as well as between teachers and pupils. It is a user-friendly, user-enabled and user-centric system. Every parent and child gets a unique Entrar ID and password which enables them to easily access school information anywhere anytime. The parents have access to the school’s website, notice boards, school’s almanac, school events or any other news or information related to their child or the school.
Every child is provided with a User ID and Password to access Entrar. All important information from the school is intimated through Entrar. Exam time table and syllabus, newsletters and special alerts are sent through Entrar on a regular basis. Assessment reports are also sent to individual students on their respective Ids. Entrar support will continue in online orientation/ PTM’s/Flipped classrooms/ extra curricular support/self-based learning/online Assessments as and when required. Extra marks content will be available for classes 3-8. Parents can also update personal details such as photographs, phone numbers, etc.
Entrar Bus Tracking System tracks all the buses integrated with smart ID card to help parents/management to track the buses on real time while student board and deboard the buses and sent an alert to the parents. Parents are requested to check ‘ parent portal’ daily for updates
